An off-shore engineering contract equipment for a power station build contract

This assignment took place over a period of eight weeks. Our client had tendered and won a contract to supply engineering equipment to a new power station build in Asia. The estimating process had identified potential suppliers who now had to be contracted with. This required an active contract management programme to put in place the necessary contracts, agree the prices and costs (noting the INCOTERM consideration), define the delivery programmes, including milestone identification, organize through life support and put in train all the mobilization actions.
