We need 3 - 4 hours, per programme participant, to conduct the evaluation of 120 metrics. These cover a wide range of knowledge, skills and operational practices.

Each metric is evaluated using predetermined criteria, in four classifications, culminating in world class. Our output to the client provides a gap analysis and a change programme for the business.
