Brian Farrington
Managing Director
B.Sc M.Sc Ph.D Fellow CIPS

Brian is the Managing Director and, since 1978 has completed over 1000 assignments. His life’s work is procurement; its academic development and subsequent business practice. Brian is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and for ensuring that key policies are in place. He also undertakes key assignments that require high-level skills and negotiation acumen.

Brian is a published author on a range of procurement issues with numerous books and learned articles.
His Ph.D is in industrial pricing.


Stephen Ashcroft
Head of Client Training & Development,
B.Eng MSc.

Stephen heads up the team in design, delivery and evaluation of training solutions including training needs analysis and development of training strategies. He is lead presenter on a number of long term training contracts and a visiting lecturer at Manchester University.

Consultancy roles include Lead Negotiator, contract manager and design of bid evaluation guidance notes.

Ray Gambell
Head of e-Procurement & Reverse Auctions
MBA MCIPS

A seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in managing multi-million pound capital and revenue contracts in a highly competitive and demanding environment.
Strong commercial and negotiating skills, with recent experience in developing and implementing e-Procurement solutions in a number of public and private sector European utilities. Experienced leader, change manager, with a proven track record of delivering business improvement with an open and participative management style.

His specialist area of training is commercial negotiation skills development.


Ken Morris
Head of Manufacturing
MCIPS

A senior and experienced procurement professional with extensive knowledge and expertise in Procurement Management, Team (Re)-building, Relationship Management, Supplier Development in national and international supply markets, including manufacturing.

His training specialism is commercial negotiation skills and also six sigma in purchasing.
