Waste recycling PQQ and tender review

This client was providing green waste collection and subsequent handling services. Their biggest client was subjecting an existing contract, held by our clients, to competition. An unsuccessful bid would threaten the future of our client’s business. The Pre-Qualification and Tender process was a ‘strange’ process never previously experienced on the scale of this exercise. Our guidance continued through the procurement process, including setting up a Consortium, commenting on the contract detail, costings and site management.
