An FMCG food manufacturer and retail organisation

This client was experiencing high growth and extending its own brand into other national brand sales. This required extensive retail outlet refurbishment, new contracts for feedstock, and leadership of the existing procurement team. New production facilities were being procured and commissioned, a new IT system was being procured and other contracts required re-negotiation. We reported to a Director of the business, with daily accountability for performance reporting. We also had the accountability to manage the existing procurement team.
